Hotel Anna Palace - Ruse

clean and wonderful hotel, marvellous location in the center next to the danube. huge and new-fashioned room, incredible staff on reception desk. location close enough to the danube river, the old town and chiflika restaurant, a quiet street nearthe centre, and a real palace. for shots visit hype, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the property.

The interior of the hotel brings you back to the 19th century. The restaurant and terraces offer stunning views. The lobby bar is cozy. Cons: Had a blast sleeping on a thin mattress and squashed pillow. It's not like I wanted a good night's sleep anyway.

An excellent stay. Staff are always friendly and help solve problems. My travelling companion has some disabilities of which they were very tolerant and supportive. Breakfast buffet very good range. Dinner menu good (in line with most other "formal" restaurants in Ruse) and the 15% discount for hotel guests made dining cheap. Eating on the terrace overlooking the square by the Danube is delightful. Basic double room is comfortable but we upgraded for five days to a suite which was very comfortable indeed and worth the small premium.

Only the music in the restaurant which came from a radio tuned in both the morning and evening to a station playing a narrow range of urban music not to our taste.

Satisfactory selection for breakfast with a nice view...

I had a great stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable for what you get. Secondly, I appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms. The high ceilings and twin beds made the room feel spacious and comfortable. Additionally, the balcony added a nice touch, allowing me to enjoy the view. Lastly, the breakfast was a highlight. Not only was the food delicious, but the view of the river made it even more enjoyable.

All was absolutely fine during my stay.

The location and the staff (very attentif and available)

The city of Ruse is delightful and the hotel is in a prime location with car parking for touring folk such as ourselves. I watched the World Cup final in the bar with a group of Danes!

The location is marvelous and handy, close to the central square. the hotel is conveniently situated near shops, the river, and a nice park. - the room is reasonably large with excellent facilities. - They offer a wide range of tasty food.
